I am Col Narendra Verma , PMP (Veteran), with over 37 years of leadership success story spanning across the defence forces to the corporate world. After an immensely successful inning in the Indan Army for over 23 years where I learnt and honed my leadership skills, I decided to change track and switch to the Corporate World after commanding my regiment in the counter-insurgency area of Jammu and Kashmir. 

 In the 14 years of the second inning in the Corporate world till date I have held top executive leadership positions in the world’s leading companies like IBM, Enercon, Suzlon, Vestas and am currently the Executive Director and Head of Projects for the Onshore Wind turbine business in the Asia Pacific Region for General Electric company. I have successfully led and commissioned wind farms generating more than 13 Gigawatts of green energy till date and counting.     

 I have been inspired by knowledge of great thought leaders and how they manifested in my own life experiences in the space of leadership and personal self-development. I decided to pen down my thoughts and life journey In my Book titled “Fearless Leadership – Lead to Win”.  I have connected the dots and drawn from stories in my life and laid out a foundational &  holistic but practical, easy to adopt, quick to learn and ready to go recipe book for success especially for the leaders.
